Kym started out as a chef in Sonoma, California. She moved to San Luis Obispo County in 1982 bringing her culinary delights to some of the finest restaurants on the Central Coast.
After a number of years out of the kitchen, she happened upon Pulcinella Catering and fell in-love with Wood-Fired Pizza! After training under the original owner in the authentic Neapolitan pizza style, she purchased the business in early 2016 and is dedicated to carrying on and upholding the tradition.
